A new Kung Fu Club has just started at Tedburn St Mary School on Wednesdays, 7.30 to 9.00.

Pam Mei Freestyle Kung Fu is a form of Chinese boxing, with no high kicks and no bare feet. As it is a mainly hand system it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, but only 16 years olds and above at present until the club is established.

Sifu Ron Munns has recently moved to Devon, but has been involved in teaching Kung Fu in Hampshire and South Wales for over 20 years.
